Elijah Harris (he/him)

Strength & training

Originally from the East Midlands, Elijah is a Level 3 personal trainer and Level 1 CrossFit coach. When he isn’t teaching our strength classes on the beach he runs Strong & Nice Lifting Club, a thrice-weekly class for queer, trans & non-binary people who want to reconnect with their bodies and learn the fundamentals of strength training.

Evan Ifekoya (they/them)

Evan Ifekoya is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, as well as a sound healing and embodied social justice practitioner. Their Strength + Sound practice emerges from a deep commitment to strength as a foundation for physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Evan is the founder of Farabale Fitness.

Hannah Almond-Barr (she/they)

Yoga & sound (& founder of YQ)

Originally from the East Midlands, Hannah has been teaching and working within the wellness industry for 14 years. Clocking up over 10,000 hours of teaching, she is a senior teacher & yoga consultant. She was head of yoga and pilates at BLOK London for 5 years, co-founded Madre with Tamara Klien in 2023 and is a senior teacher on Middle Path Movement’s 200hr teacher training.

James Loosemore (he/him)

Yoga

James has practised yoga for over 25 years now, ranging from Ashtanga to Jivamukti and a more recent Scaravelli-inspired approach. He completed his 300-hour British Wheel of Yoga accredited Yoga teaching training here in St Leonards under Annie Cryar. He incorporates these years of knowledge into a more-challenging (in parts) Vinyasa class with modifications for all levels to make it accessible, safe and non-competitive.

Sarah Warner (she/her)

Sarah, originally from Germany, is a yoga teacher and certified personal trainer focusing on functional fitness, flexibility and balance for her students regardless of age or ability. Yoga philosophy and inclusivity are integral to Sarah’s practice and she focuses on teaching awareness, balance and a mind-body connection.
